On Q was established in 2003 to serve private clients, part time, with special media needs. In 2008 the decision was made to operate On Q full time and make our services readily available to everyone. On Q Media is owned and operated by Matthew Ruderman, an Ace of All Trades and an active member of the media industry since 2003.
